  • How do I know what size to order?

  • Almost all of our clothing is printed on Bella/Canvas, Next Level, or American Apparel blanks. They fit pretty slim, and generally run a bit small. Also, none of these apparel items are pre-shrunk. So if you’re a hot-water washer, and like to throw your stuff in a dryer, order a size up. If you want a great badass shirt that has a more traditional fit, we recommend ordering the Hanes for the men, and the Anvil Crew Neck or Scoop Neck for the ladies

  • How should I care for my apparel?

    The best way to care for your apparel is to turn items inside out and machine or hand wash them in cold water. Because all of the apparel is made with some cotton, items may shrink a little after being washed and dried. To minimize shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

  • When will my order ship?

    We ship with USPS twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. If your order comes in on any day between those, we’ll ship it out with a big smile on the next shipping day. If it comes in by 12 noon Mountain Standard Time on one of those days, well, by George, we’ll ship it on that very day.

  • What shipping method do you use?

    Packages are sent standard first-class mail (USPS), and should arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • Can I track my package?

    We don’t currently offer tracking or shipping notification, but if you’re eager to find out if your order is in transit, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll get back to ya.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Nothing, if you live in the contigous USA! For orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or an international location, we do our best to select the best option for each order. The typical cost of shipping a shirt to Europe is $9.00 USD, and Hawaii and Alaska are around 4 to 6 bucks. We will notify you of the added cost via email, send you a new invoice via PayPal, and ship it off once the total cost is confirmed.

  • Do you ship outside of the US?

    Yup! It is typically around 9.00 USD to ship a shirt to Europe. Prices get a little higher the further away you get, but we’ll definitely work to get you a hoodie to warm your bones out there on the edge of the Siberian tundra.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We gladly accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also take PayPal payments. All payments are made through Stripe checkout. You don’t need to have a PayPal or any other account to buy from us.

  • What’s your return policy?

    We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you aren’t, send back your unused, unworn, and unwashed items for a refund or exchange. Please include your reason for returning the item and what you want to do (exchange for size, refund, etc). Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Refunds on original order amounts typically take up to 14 days to process through Stripe. If you want an exchange, be sure to let us know the size, style, and color for the new item. Once your item is received and processed, we’ll get the replacement item out (postage paid by us) with an email confirmation as soon as possible.
